Frugal Film Project, May

Cutting it close to the end of the month, today I’m sharing May’s roll from my contribution to the Frugal Film Project

I exposed the roll in my Holga camera at the very beginning of the month. When we were looking for a parking spot for the Poppy Festival, my daughter and I spotted an old graveyard we hadn’t seen before. We immediately made a plan to return a few days later and explore it.

It turns out that this is the resting place of many of the original inhabitants of the city, so it was really interesting to walk around. I’m still amazed that in spite of our many, many trips there in the past 13 years we only just now came across it!

The below image is an accidental double exposure, but I can’t say I’m sorry it happened.

The rest of the roll I also exposed in Georgetown, on the same day.

Thanks for looking! June’s roll I am hoping to expose on an upcoming road trip, and July’s should also be travel photos. Happy summer, y’all!
