I am pleased to report that yesterday’s cyanotype workshop was a success! Six artists attended, and all together we made 53 flags, for a grand total of 26.5 feet of blue art. Two things about the day brought me great happiness:
1. It was absolutely wonderful watching the participants have so much fun making art
2. I actually managed to pull it off

I am grateful to my fellow artists at Taylor Art Guild for letting me use their studio space. It was a pleasure to be there, and I’m hoping I was a good enough guest to be allowed back for more in the future.

All of this aside, I can’t stress enough how excited I am about the things happening in Taylor, Texas. It’s a lovely town on the brink of change, with so much potential! If you get the chance, please stop by 120Art and say hello. More than likely, you will get to see some of my work hanging in the gallery, and a lot of other really great art besides!
